Preorder is placing an order of an item that is not yet released and currently being manufactured. Preorder items ships at a later date as printed in your order eceipt.

Items on Final Sale or PreOrder Items are non-refundable and not allowed for return or exchange. **Exception applies if proven that item has manufacturing defect.

Online orders are process as quickly as possible; cancellation request must be submitted within 1 hour from the time of order. Email us within the timeframe to cancel your order and quote your order number. Please note that sending a cancellation request does not mean that your order is immediately cancelled. Cancelled orders will be confirmed in writing via email. If your order has already shipped it is not cancellable anymore, in this situation kindly refer to the return policy.

We offer one (1) year limited warranty subject to applicable conditions and exclusions. If proven at our discretion that the item indeed has manufacturing defect under normal use anytime within first year, we will replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective items must be returned to receive replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damages arising from dye transference, accidents, misuse or from any alteration in any way, shape or form. Please note that texture and slight colour variation is one of the characteristics of a vegan leather. Item/s already claim under warranty are not eligible for refund or exchange. BK Gift card is a virtual card that you can give as gift or use and is redeemable on our online store. Gift Cards and Store Credits are non-returnable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Bubbles Kisses company, staff and management is not responsible for loss, theft or unauthorized use. Use of Gift Cards & Store Credit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which may be modified without notice. BK Store Credit/Voucher is a code emailed to customer to be used on our online shop.
